On January 16, the North Dakota Department of Transportation launched a re-designed website that it said will provide customers and visitors with a more “visually appealing” and “user-friendly” experience.

“As an organization, we really value customer service and are always looking for opportunities to improve,” said Bill Panos, North Dakota DOT’s director, in a statement. “We feel this redesign will enhance our online presence and allow us to better serve our customers.”

The agency said that while its re-designed site features a fresh new look, it still contains the same information as before – though some items may have moved. The North Dakota DOT added that its new website is compatible with all platforms including mobile devices and tablets.
