In addition to the networking opportunities, the fair also offered several professional development sessions.

The career fair connected key AASHTO personnel with those interested in pursuing careers in transportation about the opportunities provided by state departments of transportation.

The AASHTO booth at the fair garnered traffic throughout the event, providing attendees with the opportunity to meet Jim Tymon, AASHTO’s executive director, and other members of the organization’s senior leadership team, including: King Gee, director of safety and mobility; Jim McDonnell, director of engineering and technical services; and Steve Lenker, director of AASHTO re:source.
