Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials 2020 Annual Meeting — originally planned to be held in Baltimore, MD, November 4-8 – will be held virtually the week of November 9-13.

The premiere national gathering of state department of transportation leaders, federal transportation officials, and industry professionals, AASHTO said many of the sessions typically associated with a yearly in-person conference will continue virtually, including get-togethers for the Council on Highways and Streets, the Transportation Policy Forum, and the Board of Directors, among many others.

Additionally, AASHTO’s virtual annual meeting will feature a general session with guest speakers and award presentations, as well as a robust series of knowledge sessions covering some of the most important topics facing state DOTs and the transportation industry.

The organization noted it will be sharing program updates and registration details as they become available.
