The American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials, an equal opportunity employer, is currently seeking to hire an administrative coordinator within its engineering division for its National Transportation Product Evaluation Program or NTPEP.
This full-time position is located at AASHTO’s Washington, D.C., headquarters: however, all employees are currently working from home due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The administrative coordinator performs a variety of administrative duties to support the NTPEP initiative, including: the management of payments and invoices for products submitted for evaluation; maintaining websites; creating, distributing and tracking membership surveys; processing travel reimbursement claims; filing and distributing product/project information; and additional duties as directed.
Position requirements include a minimum of two years’ experience working in an administrative role in a technical environment requiring database management and web page maintenance, along with a bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience plus course work in web content maintenance and development.
