Panelists will discuss the impact of COVID-19 on the nation’s transportation system, how state departments of transportation are incorporating civil rights principles into their programs, as well as highlighting the need to build a safer and more resilient transportation network at a time when hurricanes, wildfires, and cybersecurity threats are growing in frequency and severity.
