The American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials, an equal opportunity employer, is currently seeking to hire a program specialist for policy and government relations along with a transportation products implementation analyst – both full-time positions based at AASHTO’s Washington, D.C., headquarters.

The program specialist for policy and government relations positions provides support for a broad range of policy development, implementation, and administration activities, including collaboration with key AASHTO partners such as Congress, federal agencies including the U.S. Department of Transportation, and various transportation industry associations under supervision of AASHTO’s director of policy and government relations.

The transportation products implementation analyst supports AASHTO’s National Transportation Product Evaluation Program, known as NTPEP.

Under the direction of the NTPEP’s program director, the transportation products implementation analyst is responsible for the implementation of new products, monitoring the sustainability of current NTPEP technical committees, and serves as a NTPEP liaison for up to four AASHTO technical committees.
